All items are sent tracked with Royal Mail and posted within 1-3 working days, free postage within the UK but over seas charges apply.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return and Refund Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase only.
- Item must be in its original condition.
- If you would like to discuss a return please message me using the ‘contact me’ on the websites home page.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
- Once an item has been returned a refund will be issued immediately.
I do not accept returns or refunds for custom made items.
